Fully deeded condominiums are offered as traditional whole ownership or fifth-share ownership with second home financing available. The Tamarack Club at Holiday Valley provides a fully furnished condominium that has the potential of up to five owners all deeded individually.
Each fifth-share ownership offers its owner every fifth week forever -- which is ten to eleven (10-11) weeks per year. The design of your calendar rotation gives you one of all fifty-two weeks within a five year period.
You may choose to do three things with your weeks: (1) use your week by staying in your condominium; (2) rent your week (or break it up, use a portion and offer the rest to Holiday Valley's optional rental program); or (3) exchange your week through Resort Condominium International.
In addition, any time the hotel is less than 90% occupied, our Space Available program allows owners to use a comparable unit to their own by simply paying a nominal housekeeping fee. This provides owner accessibility of somewhere between 40 and 50 weeks per year, even though 10-11 weeks were purchased.
Affiliation with Resort Condominiums International (RCI) allows you to exchange your weeks with more than 4,000 affiliated resorts worldwide. If your choice of vacation travel is Florida, the Caribbean Islands, Europe, Western ski resorts or more exotic locations like Australia or Asia, this is a very affordable way to enhance your vacation lifestyle.

Each vacation exchange you take through RCI costs you only $164 domestically (including Hawaii and Alaska) and $199 internationally for the entire week.
